After downloading Forge
MCJars ZIP packaged from official sources, including files needed to start the server.
- Match both the Minecraft version and Forge loader build to your modpack.
- Extract the complete ZIP into its own folder. Keep its libraries and startup files together; use the included start script rather than assuming a single runnable JAR.
- Install the Java runtime and server-side mods required by your pack. Review the Minecraft EULA before starting the server.
