Use of site
By using MCJars, you agree to use site lawfully and in way that does not damage, disrupt, overload, or impair service for other users. You must not try to bypass security controls, scrape site in abusive way, or interfere with connected systems.
Downloads and information
MCJars indexes Minecraft server software and related builds from external sources. We try to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness, availability, version accuracy, or fitness for any particular use. Downloaded software remains property of its respective owners and licensors.
Third-party services
MCJars may link to third-party sites, including Sparked Host and upstream download providers. Those services operate under their own terms, policies, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party content, uptime, billing, or data handling.

MCJars is independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Bukkit, Spigot, PaperMC, or other upstream software publishers unless expressly stated. All trademarks, names, and software rights belong to their respective owners.

MCJars is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for losses, damages, downtime, corruption, or indirect harms resulting from use of site, linked services, or downloaded files.
